Hi there, I'm Shivani- a yoga teacher, strength & conditioning coach, and wellness enthusiast passionate about helping women move, feel, and live better.
With over 10 years of teaching experience and a deep love for movement, my approach blends yoga, strength training, mobility, and functional movement to create classes that feel both empowering and sustainable. At 30, I truly believe movement should support your body through every stage of life- not punish it.
I am a certified coach through the Girls Gone Strong program, with multiple yoga certifications across different styles, along with training in pre-natal and post-natal movement and basic Animal Flow. My teaching philosophy combines mindful movement with evidence-based strength principles to help women build resilience, confidence, and body awareness.
Whether you're looking to feel stronger, move pain-free, support hormonal health, navigate pregnancy, or simply reconnect with yourself through movement- my goal is to create a space where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered.
Beyond teaching, you'll usually find me working out, swimming, playing badminton, enjoying a great cup of coffee, or spending time with family and friends- the things that keep me grounded and energized.
